Prior to you, we had scheduled another company to complete the reconnect on the AC unit, which resulted in poor customer service and a bad experience. Thank you for coming to our rescue and treating us equally with professional courtesy and reliability. Our 2-story home has terrible air flow and consequently stays very warm in the summer months. We had the AC unit disconnected last year because of a patio/deck project, and since the project is almost completed, we needed the unit reconnected. I would like to compliment you on your employee, Russ Warren. Russ installed our Mitsubishi Mini-Split on 19 Sep 2013, and I was very impressed with this professionalism, knowledge and work ethic. He was extremely careful with all his installation efforts and was meticulous to insure the unit was installed correctly and securely. He worked at a very fast pace, in fact I questioned him if he was a salaried employee and was surprised when he said he was hourly. He certainly could have taken several more hours on the installation had he wanted to. I know that good, dedicated, hard working folks are hard to find these days, I think you're luck to have one working for you.
