Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Proficient in Service Titan or willing to learn.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent work experience to successfully complete all required tasks of the position. Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Five to ten years of experience in directing financial operations in HVAC or similar industry preferred.

The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the company by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks as deemed necessary by the CEO.
